About Us
Jeffrey-Angelo Construction Co., Inc. is a family owned and operated small business, priding itself on the highest standards and exceptional quality workmanship. The president, Jeffrey A. Folino, has been in the new home building industry for almost 30 years. He started Jeffrey-Angelo Construction Co., Inc. with his wife Laura in 1990. Laura handles all of the administrative, telecommunication and information aspects of the business. The company is named after their two sons… Jeffrey and Angelo.
A top-notch custom home builder, Jeff is a perfectionist. He builds every new home as if it were his own. Jeff is on the job site every day, ensuring quality workmanship. His job sites are also a reflection of his meticulous work ethics, in that his jobsites are always kept clean and safe. He is very particular and precise about every phase of the entire construction process being just right. He has used many of the same sub-contractors for many years, some over 30, so his team already knows Jeff’s expectations.
Jeff himself, started off by doing all his own framing and carpentry work to build his new homes. Although Jeff doesn’t have to swing a hammer anymore, he is always on the jobsite daily, to ensure that the building is being done to his high quality standards.
Jeff is always at hand for his customers, helping them in making their important decisions, from the tough starting process of building a new home, to ensuring that they get the new home of their dreams. Many of his past customers have become longtime friends with Jeff. When a customer’s home has been finished, Jeff will still be there for them way down the road, to help them with any of their needs in any way that he can.
